Celebrations and other special events are such an important part of our lives and, whether you’re planning a birthday or anniversary party or a fundraiser, one of the unique features of an event is its personality. A good planner can help you bring out the 'event  personality' through theme development and the creative use of décor – often thinking outside of the box– to create a fresh and exciting look for your event.

Since moving to Maine from New York City more than thirty years ago, Diane has designed, planned and coordinated countless events on behalf of Portland’s arts community. Her “impeccable productions” for PORTOpera, Portland Players, Portland Stage  Company, Portland Symphony Orchestra and other arts organizations have included the Christmas Cotillion, as well as annual dinners, auction fund-raisers, awards ceremonies, and, of course, weddings, which are her passion.

Diane is a member of the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Portland (CVB), the Maine Wedding Association and is a Maine Commissioned Notary Public*.

Table at Fundraiser"Thank You, Diane, for a most memorable evening!  The fundraising dinner that you coordinated for PORT at Merrill Auditorium was amazing.  The mood you created that night is something I will never forget.  The lighting of the auditorium and stage area were reminiscent of a sitting by a cozy campfire on a beautiful summer evening.  The table settings and the tables' placement on the stage were perfect.  It was a truly remarkable evening and I know everyone in attendance thoroughly enjoyed it.
