The Sapphires Wedding Package in Maine
Wedding Day Coordination
This package is for the bride who has seen to all the Maine wedding planning details herself, but who would like to ease the stress of the two weeks approaching the wedding. This allows you to enjoy time with your family, friends and visiting relatives; last minute adjustments to your gown; time to enjoy your bridal luncheon – and your spa day!
The Sapphires Wedding starts at $1,500.00.
Services are provided in the Greater Portland Maine area, as well as Boothbay Harbor, Bar Harbor and destinations in between.
- Complimentary one hour consultation.
- Offer recommendations for vendor selections (DYWE to make appropriate contacts).
- Unlimited personal, telephone and e-mail consultations.
- Contracts: Please make them available six weeks prior to the wedding.
- Design Rehearsal and Wedding Day Timelines for a smooth-flowing day.
- At the Reception, be the point of contact for all vendors/band or DJ.
- Coordination of the Rehearsal, the Ceremony and Reception.
- Advise Ushers regarding seating arrangements for ceremony and family members.
- Take care of all last minute confirmations.
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities, to vendors, on your behalf.
- Notary Public services (I can customize and perform your ceremony).
Some additional services included in the package if required:
- Arrange for the Minister/Rabbi;
- Plan the Rehearsal Dinner
- Supply brochures & area maps Advise on Etiquette for Today’s Wedding
- Day Spa Arrangements; Hair Salon Appointments (at your expense)
