Wedding Day Coordination
This package is for the bride who has seen to all of the wedding planning details herself, but who would like to ease the stress of the two weeks approaching the wedding. This allows you to enjoy time with your family, friends and visiting relatives; last minute adjustments to your gown; time to enjoy your bridal luncheon – and your spa day!
The Sapphires Wedding includes but is not limited to:
- One month prior we’ll coordinate all of your vendors’ schedules.
- Coordinate the Rehearsal, the Ceremony and Reception.
- Prepare instructions for the ushers regarding seating arrangements.
- Design your Wedding Day agenda for a smooth-flowing day.
- Take care of all last minute confirmations.
- At the Reception we’ll be the point of contact for all your vendors and your band or DJ.
The Sapphires Wedding starts at $1,300.00.
